FINDING YOUR NO’S AND YOUR YES’S | Saturday 4/11 | 9:30 am - 12:30 pm

This workshop is an invitation to begin to overcome the anxiety and discomfort you feel when you honor your own “no”. It’s an opportunity to understand why it’s so difficult to stand in your “no” even when you know it’s necessary. We will be reconnecting to our bodies to find our yes’s and no’s and honor them. We will be reclaiming our sovereignty so that we stop abandoning ourselves and set standards that help us become trustworthy to ourselves.

THE TRUTH ABOUT GIVING AND RECEIVING | Saturday 4/18 | 9:30 am - 12:30 pm

This workshop is an invitation to learn more about why we find it frustrating or unsatisfactory to interact with others, including intimate partners. We uncover patterns that keep us and others from asking for what we really want. Then we learn tools to use to understand how to make our interactions more clear and satisfying for everyone. So that we can feel confident in and the joy from our relationships. Workshop includes paired practices that may include optional platonic touch.
