PERMISSION TO HAVE BOUNDARIES
This workshop is an invitation to become trustworthy to yourself. To unlearn the patterns that keep you overriding your limits. To contemplate a new perspective on relating to others. And to honor yourself and feel it in your body. Workshop includes paired practices that may include optional platonic touch.

FINDING YOUR NO’S AND YOUR YES’S
This workshop is an invitation to begin to overcome the anxiety and discomfort you feel when you honor your own “no”. It’s an opportunity to understand why it’s so difficult to stand in your “no” even when you know it’s necessary. We will be reconnecting to our bodies to find our yes’s and no’s and honor them. We will be reclaiming our sovereignty so that we stop abandoning ourselves and set standards that help us become trustworthy to ourselves.
Carmen Joseph
Carmen is a certified cuddle facilitator and provider as well as a sex and relationship coach.
Carmen’s sessions are a return to touch, sensation and regulation. She helps you remember your connection to your physical body and how nourishing touch can be.
Her sessions provide an opportunity to ask yourself, “what is it that I want?”
Carmen’s sessions are calming and restorative as well as move you from performing touch and intimacy to embodying choice and asking for what you want.
